FFS, item that arrived late last week has gone faulty, and the packaging is already in landfill.  Attempts to contact seller have been unsuccessful, and return terms do state original packaging.  I can see this is going to be hassle.

I research things before i order them ,and the seller

I've thought about that, but I just know I'd hate someone else picking my bananas and meat, etc. I like to give everything a thorough examination, give bread the pensioner squeeze (If you look on the top shelf, all the bread has been squashed in the middle and rejected)

I did it because sainsburys sent me a £20 off voucher as a first online shop,
they delivered exactly what I ordered
I don't need to order fruit or salad or veg 
they even deliver booze n fags 
you could probably get a sainsburys £20 voucher off interweb ,minimum spend was £60 IIRC
just order tins etc if you want to squeeze buns when you shop 
you do have to pay about £3 delivery for a 1 hour time slot

and read and check the weight of things (loaf weight  , tin size for example )

I have to say, the Sainsburys delivery bloke was very helpful and it stores your shopping list basket for next time ,so we may well just edit the list and use sainsburys for bulk delivery ,(after checking weights etc  ) unless Mrs Builder wants to go through entering all the items to other supermarket websites

obviously we'll still have to go to lidl and aldi to get fresh produce .......
like angle grinders, work lights, drill bits etc  I mean milk and bread rolls
