my daughter came called at ours on her way home from work wearing her name badge on her nurses uniform .... it contained the obligatory pronoun! 

 I'm just glad I don't have many more years in the work place

If that isn't good enough for them, insist that you believe that using gendered pronouns when referring to other people is a distraction from genuine equality and inclusion so we should only use its, their and who.
