Turns out its a non thing, all they did was define the meaning of sex in the law to mean biological sex so it changes nothing.

Whilst my intention is not to offend I’m a little confused when you say that it changes nothing. Surely the highlighted bit below changes something, or am I reading it wrong.

The GRC’s are still valid for documentation etc but the male/female only areas are now being re-evaluated due to ongoing cases where people have refused to change in the same locker room as a trans person.  Surely that alone is a change in policy.

Unisex toilets aren't a new concept. Older petrol stations, for example, often only had one toilet. Toilets on aircraft are available for anyone to use... Ok certain routes used to have a video to explain how to use them, but even they weren't segregated.

The issue stems particularly from changing areas in sport and leisure facilities, schools etc.

The word 'transition' is way overused.

The vast majority of men who say they have made the 'transition' to become a woman still rock the meat and two veg. About 95%. As Rangie states, a fetching frock and a bit of lippy does not make a woman.
