Sometimes Nice, Sometimes Noirmoutier :D minimum 14hrs drive by eurotunnel. Sounds like a 3 or 4 days round trip journey. Let's see when  ;)

Pleasant 400 miles in an omega. Probably not so pleasant in a lot of today's cars.

Probably not in the cars you've been driving since you got rid of your Omega.  ;D

No...I'll admit it. Yours are probably far more comfortable, but at least mine will get there  :)

You only take your dog to the park and the odd trip to ASDA, so that's not much of a boast!  ;D

I guess those that would like to attend such an event if they could include the area they would be willing to travel.  Also worth mentioning accommodation types etc, so I'll start with next post....

Not sure on likely date?  Mid Sept?  Prob need to get sorted soon to make such a date?

Won't have firm dates for September for another month, but I know I am probably away between 9th and 17th and definitely away 18th to 25th...

But if I'm in the country, count me in :y

Prefer an actual bed rather than a sleeping bag, but as long as there's a bar and food I'm sure it will be suitably suitable ;)
