Just been to my local dealer . There's a sign at the service desk (next to parts where I was going to) explaining that the the charge now for 'diagnostic check' is almost £85!!! I asked to confirm if that was just to Tech II the car ...... and the answer was a definite YES!  :o :o  :o  :o

Yes, and they want to do that even if you just put it in for an indicator bulb. >:(
