Hey Gaffers ill say one thing you might think your just a REMF and a rupert ,but you serve in the finest army in the world which is more than any of those pc ,guardian reading yogurt knitters in the house of parliament who call them selves the goverment have ever done , All they are is a blight on this country, they treat the armed services like trash ,its disgusting .At least when i was a kid when my father served we had hospitals in germany we could go to , im lead to believe we dont have nothing and i can understand why no one wants to join up when you are expected to grin and bear it .... Rant over, keep up the good work because there are people who do respect the uniform that you wear  :y :y :y

I respect what you & all serving members do. Most of us would struggle. Given that i feel the way you & you're wife are being treated is rather' outrageous to say the least.
No need for it. >:( :y

Well now I am really p!ssed off!

It would appear that even though we got my wife's marriage visa just as her Airline visa was due to run out, it wasn't stamped by Heathrow Passport Control (and therefore validated) until 5 months after the fact.  Even though she was coming in and out of the country almost weekly with work.

So she has not been here for 2 years on a marriage visa and thus does not qualify for ILR yet!!!  We have been told to get another marriage visa and apply later, oh and it costs £600!!!  (not to mention the £1000 the ILR will cost)

I dont understand it. the wife is:

-Amercian
-Paying UK taxes and NI
-Abides by all UK laws
-Helps with a few community projects when she isnt working
-Does not claim any benifits
-is married to an Army Officer

Yet if she had come into the UK via the back of a lorry and claimed asylum she would be given a house, car and a wad of cash to sit on her arse!
UK PLC robbin @rsehole f#ckers......  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

And that's what's making the a fair percentage of the British population pissed off too, what do the goverment do?

Too little, too late!  To55ers

My entire views if published would be struck off by the moderators and MI5 would knock on my door! :-X
