In fact i think Yamaha were the first to bring out a geared bike with pedals (FS1E) but the very first ones were gold in colour & badged Yamaha SS50. Same as the Fizzie but i'm sure the early ones were'nt actually called FS1E's. Sorry to be pedantic as the SS50 as we know it was a 4 stroke Honda.
    Some one must remember....please!!!! ::)

Anyone know anything about a bike named Mazda zoom zoom by Bianchi ? :-/

Bianchi are an italian company and used to hand build their bikes. not sure about now though.
think they used to build for the italian cycling team.
nice bikes though can be expensive. nearly bought one when i was in the trade.

Loads of info at bianchi.com

Sounds like it is time to get teh SS50 out... :y :y :y
SS50? There's a blast from the past.
    My first was a Fizzie. Dreamt about them from 13 yrs old when i rode my mate's big brothers. Fizzies Rock!!!! ::)

I had a Garelli Rekord (correct spelling)...49c.c...but 6.2 BHP.....used to eat fizzy and Honda SS50 for breakfast.

Looked like a proper bike as well. :y :y :y :y
