shes worried as her mini is blowing smoke all day and not just when its warming up, would you say there is a problem or just due to the cold weather??

Depends on the colour and volume of smoke..

Also what year is it, is it using any excess oil, have any fluid leaks or using too much petrol?

thanks, ive  emailed him so see what he says, its probably steam, dont think the car will be that old, probably a couple of yrs
