i have never been on the whitness side!(not that ive been on the defendant's side many times either) but the few times i have been summonsed to court i have always dressed smartly, clean shaven and acted with respect and confidence. the magistrates always take a better view of someone who appears respnsible and acts like he/she regrets thier actions and wants to try and rectify the situation, however futile it may seem at the time!!!

quite frankly to take on the system is a very difficult task, to take on the sytem without an ounce of intelligence is plain stupidity!! even worse is to show your so stupid that you would make threats of serious harm to a police officer in a court, with judges as whitnesses. i would have given him jail on the fact that he is too stupid to be on the streets! call it a stupid tax!
