cancelling his license for 1-2 year would be a rational punishment,

not prisoning him with maniacs and killers and letting them teach him

every sh*t..  As I have seen many times, people who are prisoned,

go outside in much worse and uncontrolled state after

learning/experiencing  many bad things

i agree with that one ? there are more crimes commited far worse than going a bit fast ?? and they get away with an asbo ? that must hurt these hoodies who hang around on corners . and beat o.a.ps and rob them thats crime
