Looks like its my laptop not letting me tax the car any suggestions what may be wrong  I  turned off the firewall and it still wont let me do it I am protected my Norton 360  if that means anything to anyone .
Oh and I am totally computer illiterate so  I wont understand too much so as the Meerkats say could any replies be kept "Seemples" please  :y
