UB40
« on: 16 March 2010, 06:51:45 »

My mother has a home visitor (arranged by Age Concern).

I've yet to meet her, but, according to my mother this ladies husband is a musician, she thought he played the violin in an orchestra.

Anyway, my mother asked me who UB40 were, it appears he plays keyboard with UB40.

Who would he be?

Could be Micheal Virtue.

Seems they are looking for a keyboard player.

Sounds like this might not be the guy then, from what I found he quit, so maybe they found a new member.

Saw them in Honloulou back in 2004 as we were given VIP 4th row tickets.  We got there and VIP was only half full and then we realised why, everyone was at the back out the way of security smoking weed!  Someone offered me a joint there and I refused, my (now) wife, knowing I'm not into drugs at all, said to the guy "He's joining the military soon and they'll drugs test him".  The bloke took one look at all the smoke in the air and said:

"Dude, you're gonna fail!"  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Great concert and a great band  :y
