Anyone had to do PASMA training?

Been on a 9 hour course today, basically to teach me to suck eggs! I've been using scaffold towers for a long time with work but now after (possibly) one of the most boring days EVER I'm qualified to assemble and inspect prefabricated access towers. Still it beats a day at work ;D

There's probably some anul Health & Safety course, and wad's of paperwork to fill in, for the actual act of 'sucking eggs'.

One of the things I've heard lately, that teachers and children have to use safety glasses when removing blue-tack off the walls, in case it goes in their eyes ?.

You have to wonder what next ??  :-?
