I cleared two snow-shovel width channels for the wheels for the full length of the driveway (450 metres long & rising 56 metres from end-to-end),

And here's me, I can't even be bothered to go out in the cold and brush the snow off the car!

is there a reason for the wipers being away from the screen?  :-/

With temps at -14C. they`d have frozen to the screen last night!....I always lift them off the screens when it gets REALLY cold; just didn`t need them today so left them off.

I thought you were using them as some sort of targetting system for the tracks you'd made..

I had considered something similar, but the (relatively) low traffic on the drive would mean that grit might not be mushed enough to work at our mountain`s low-temps. :-/

so do i although through the worse been laid up all week when i am well enough to get out and about all this white stuff appears...funny thing is doc says to me it could be swine flu then again it might not be...nothing like being sure i guess...got to go back and see him tommorow or tuesday...you say about dogs in chatham about 9 years ago health inspectors raided a chinese take away and found two german sheppards in the deep frezze :exclamation :exclamation :exclamation
