that unlimited means just that.
i got a text today saying my "unlimited" web data was 80% used up- mmmmm????
also the fair usage policy has been overly introduced on my broadband, well if there are people out there unfairly using too much then bloody bill them, dont cut my usage you gits......... >:( >:(

Bandwidth costs money, but I fully agree that if ISP's are going to use the word "unlimited" then they should have to stick to it according to the Oxford English definition of the word.

Exactly  :y Otherwise why not advertise the actual limit, so there's no grey area?

And just how are they going to prove to anyone that you can define 80% of 'unlimited????

(Unlimited means, 'with no limit', so it's impossible to define)

big companies and (UNLIMITED) yeah right?? there point an average user uses eg 1gb so they have given you 2gb (which they think you wouldnt be able to reach as its double the amount), hence calling it unlimited which it actually isnt!!  >:(

ive been through with this unlimited misleading sh!t with my mobile/text and home internet/call! iv just given up!  >:( >:(
