Also, as for deadlines.... there isn't one!  ;D Anytime before the meet ends basically!

If you turn up at 1:00am on Sunday night (ok you will have missed most of the meet) you would still be welcome! You could even still pitch a tent and camp in it!  ;D

We have to BBQ somehow. I've got a small fold out & a disposable. We could get a few more maybe?
   I seem to remember a gas burner in the gazebo last year which i boiled the rice on, & some of us can fry BBQ food in caravans so bring burgers, bread rolls etc & we'll manage. There is a kitchen in the pavillion as well. :y
