I would like to come to this one or is it to late. I could bring my own tools to help out as at the moment don't think I need any jobs doing but will Know more Friday. I have PM'd Guffer.

What time do we have to be off the place for Sunday?
How much money we need to be paying for the stop over & food?

Sorry to be asking these questions Guffer but thought these would have been answered before now mate, as there cant be just me who needs to sort other things out too  :-?

Ok, the meet is in Aldershot (exact address to follow) and will start at 10am.

I will send out a detailled instruction to all those on the list this weekend.  it is important that the instruction is followed so that you dont get turned away at the gate.

The rooms come out at £10 which includes brunch the next day.  The in-house curry was going to be too expensive but they are ok for us to get a take-out and bring it in.

I would like to propose that we all chip in and get a deal from a local curry house that I know well.  Or we could all go out to a resturant but we have nearly 20 people interested in curry thus finding somewhere that can do a table that size may be difficult.

What does everyone think about the curry?

I'm easy regarding curry, but eating near the accomodation might be more convenient (drink driving an all that). A big chip-in works for me, either specified dishes, or a selection that we all tuck into. What about drink with meal? Do we need to bring something, or is the bar close by?

Do you need money for anything upfront?

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get myself organised :y

Just make sure you don't leave anything out .. I'm sure we'd all rather put a £1 or 2 extra into the pot to ensure your costs are covered. Once it's all done and dusted and you know where you stand it can be sorted out very easily .. :)  ( I like it when osifers buy a round ..  :)  )

Chip in for the take-away sounds like a cracking plan, as long as everyone else is OK with that ;)

Should be OK to come with the prices you're talking about... SWMBO has told me to go even after the MOT balls up and bill  :( :y :y

Curry is a winner for me... Not something I can eat regularly at home due to SWMBO's allergies
