Another Bucks meet

Hi all,
I know this message is well in advance, but I need time to sort things....
After the success of the first Bucks meet, are you interested in another at the same venue. I am looking at November into December. I appreciate the weather may not be up to car repair standard, but I can sort a couple (or more) gazeebo's for the hardy. (maybe Ian can do the rest of Kevin's car... ;D ;D ;D)
I am looking more at a social meet, using the Bar and lounge as last time. BBQ if weather permits. We have the kitchen for other hot food. I am also thinking  like 'OOF Christmas Party' !!!
The Lounge and Members Bar are always free (to use, not free beer etc. ;D) on a Saturday, but Sunday lunchtimes are open for members. This would not be a major problem, as after 2.30pm the club is closed to members, but free for us to use.
Obviously a date needs to be posted, but I need to know if the interest is there, (subject to date) and whether its worth my while to set up. :y
I know its only August, but as the visitors of the first meet know, we don't do things by half :y ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Its a pity we all live miles apart, as I am now in fantasy land and am thinking main hall/group/dance ;D ;D ;D ;D but would need at least 100 people to make our hall seem populated. ;D

Terbert - obviously date dependent, but I hope to be up for it.  The weather doesn't matter with your venue :y

terbert date dependant but count me and SWTSMBO in..looks like it's us 4 at the premier inn again al :y

Hi Terbert,

I would be up for it (date permitting)

Note to others - the facilities are very good so even if it rains you can sneak indoors and and have a drink etc..

Yep that'll  be six of us at the Premier Inn methinks ::)I'm NOT  going to miss out on the Saturday night drink up this time and I might wear my pink fluffy slippers just for you Mark :D ;D
