I'll try to photo them tomorrow in the day light, but the drain tubes are there ...... honest.

Yeah, honest, who you trying to convince. I'll believe it when I see the photos. I suspected it was you who told me this fairytale.  ;) ;D ;D ;D

Yes Andy, and a hand operated water pump in the yard too! My Stepfather made me wash from it every morning whatever the weather :'( Mind you, it didn't bother me too much as my bedcover (brown army blanket) had ice rime on it during the winter anyway & I was always glad to get up & move around just to 'warm up'. I believe they called it Character Building! ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

The sunroof has four tubes (similar size as garden hosepipe), that run one from each corner of the sunroof assembly.
I have only removed the sunroof from an Omega so can't confirm where they empty but I know that on a Cavalier the tubes run down along each side of the windscreen and empty through the floor pan at the back edge of the front wing, the rear drains run down the rear quarters and empty through the boot floor area.

I have a photo of a sunroof assembly which shows the location of the drain.

I've no pictures in 'Photobucket' but have just listed my sunroof on flea bay...

Item number is 220690127080, if you need a clearer picture I could take a few snaps and e-mail them to you, if you like.

You can just make out one of the drain outlets in the top left of the picture, it's the white thing located at the corner of the sunroof. Each corner has a drain...
