If it's a V6, not likely to be a concern.

If it's a 4cyl then I agree with TB, might be HG.

HG is not hard on the 2.0 / 2.2 if you take your time, not hard at all.

I would encourage you to have a go yourself

i wouldn't if he's asking weather a paperclip test will show a HG failure?? wtf

We've all got to start somewhere and taking the p1ss is not going to help.

simply stating that changing a HG is not a simple job for a novice who may not have a lot of tools and could get themselves into trouble particularly if they have no mechanical knowledge.

would you recomend someone "to have a go" on your car?
