distance from arch to tyre on rear f/lift elite

as said in the gallery post, im fitting the facelift elite wheels to my prefacelift v6, I have spacers for the rear to try and fill the arches a bit more, anyone know what I can safely get away with? I have 20mm spacers will they be ok?  tyres are 235/45/17

With the spacers do you need longer wheel bolts or are the old ones used.

hoping with 20mm the standard ones will do, will see how much threar gets into the disc and see. Im sure I hve some longer ones from the carlton somewhere.
