DC - I am aware of rating and have nothing less than 91.

Still waiting to hear if changing to 205/65 94V will have any signifant benifit over 195/65 91H. Any clues?

I would say no benefit because having seen you and your car I would say you are not going to be driving around like a mad man. I would just buy two 195s and save your money for something else that will enevitably pop up.

actualy, i disagree with Radar. If 2 good ones are 205/65, when replacing two 195/65 I would suggest buying 205/65 so you have all 4 tyres the same size. 205/65 should not be THAT much more expensive
