i cant wait to get the old HBV off and take a picture of all this staining thats on it, if its leaking, then get VAC Solenoid done, where is it located exactly? in the glovebox? in the inside of the car under the glovebox? i bet its a nightmare to get out, or can a Pratt like me do it?

A pratt like you can do it quite easily ;) :y You just gotta take the glovebox out and they are behind it, very accessible with the glovebox out too :y

i think most of you are really very helpful and i will be paying someone to do the work for me, obviously!
i also really do appreciate your advice about doing the change of HBV, the Vac Solenoid and everything else i have ever asked questions about on this forum, i have taken it on board and after this wont be making anymore posts.
then if it is head gasket, which im sure its not now, i will let you all know  ;D

the rest of you are just Nasty and a bunch of piss takers, so what if i`m not mechanically minded, just so i can save a few bob, better than messing the car up isn't it!

as far as being thick as im made out to be on here, i have a degree from the london college of music and also A Level in Music, its how i earn my living, not tinkering with f*****g cars! and yes i can put up a lousy tent

anyway - ta ta for now   :y

Take no notice of them Wayne, I think there's something in the water at the moment. I wonder how many of the pi55 takers can read a piece of music ;)
