Anybody tried using very fine grain sandpaper to remove that film?

That's my problem, I would look to find a matching cream for those panels, but I certainly like the black top to it, looks very smart

My Lad did the work, but if memory serves, he used a scouring pad, came off a treat. The paint he used was ordinary black Primer with Lacquer over the top, nice effect, I think it looks subtle, better than harsh Jet Black.

Thanks for that. Now if anyone can add 3 hours to the 24 in my day, I'll be happy  :D
