Remove the vac pipe under the manifold and check for splits or if its full of oil. :y
If the egr blanks are holed you will here a difference in engine tone.
Last but not least did you fill the fuel filter with diesel before re-fitting it.

The EGR blanks look o,k, I`ll check the vac pipes when ive got a minute, & i did fill the filter with 50% diesel & 50% injector cleaner so that should be o,k. :y
