There must be some on a PFL bonnet somewhere that's destined for the scrap yard :-/ Both sides are the same on a PFL but handed on a facelift.  ;)

Price is about correct...just rang VX at Bromely and they want £19=25 + vat a side.

If my memory is correct the 2 wires do start to corrode over time so maybe taking them from a breaker would be false economy given what a pain in the a*** they are to get out without damaging the retaining plastic tangs.

Time to count my pennies in the omega fund pot  ;D

They're not too difficult to remove, just push in each tab a side at a time as you're gently pushing the washer out.  :y

One side of mine blocked up last winter.

I broke the feed pipe where it disapears up into the bonnet.
Drained the water out.
Filled it up with washing up liquid and left it for a day.

Next day, I took airline and blasted air down the pipe from the NOZZLE end  :y
It looked like a load of green snot came out of the pipe  :)

Put it back together
It still works great today  :y
