« on: 09 May 2008, 13:11:04 »

I can't afford a new radio atm but it don't stop me looking and just come accross a few what I think are nice double din headunits which could look great in a mig.

This one look amazing to me! for a non dvd type!

And this!! it look quite thick and would stick out abit but still nice!!

Annoyingly you STILL need a fascia adaptor to make those fit, Vauxhall double Din is not standard :(

Yeah I just been pratting around in photoshop to see what it looks like and realised the same thing! very annoying!!

Also the gray doesn't match up with the lovely pioneer black either which is a shame!!

Think my thread was a little premiture!! LOL  ;D

Not convinced by the blueness of the 1st one, I have a similar pioneer single din, bt 55?  which lets you control the coulours, much easier to make look natural.

Like the 2nd though :)

1st one probably goes well with the "gay" blue control switches....

Now that really is nice and I love the fact it has USB on it as well.

The down side is that neither of my Omegas are double din. >:(

Some nice bling there lads!  :P Always fancied the look of one of these with a full face touch screen sat nav system.

Anybody got photographs of double-din systems fitted in omega???

DIN is the size of a standard radio head unit, Double DIN is twice the height of the single unit.

There aren't. Not if you're a bloke, at any rate. Mrs. KW tells me that blokes see in 16 colours, like a 1980's video game.
