Log book adress? tax? fuel? insurance?

I said the exact same thing

So this guy has no job, has not worked for 20 years.

He lives with his wife and his teenage son in a small camper van. That leaks water, they have no income and all 3 of them live, sleep, go to the toilet in a small camper van!
