Yep, The CDC3 is a standalone changer but on the NCDR2013/15, CCR2006 and CCRT2008 it's bolted to the original head unit - Basically all these units are based on the old single din headunits and the changer was just bolted on with a double din front fitted.

CDC2 was a bigger 6 disc unit (as found in the boot of Omegas with CCR600/800/ CCRT700) or the glovebox of Vectra B's with CCR600's)

If you ever find a CDC3 with 'TB' or the part number 91157147 written on it, let me know!

EDIT: TB beat me to it!!!
Why does it need to be a TB?

Looking to swap one of my spare 2013's for a 1500 so need a CDC3 that's compatible, I was lead to believe that the TB / 91157147 was the CAN version of the CDC3  :-/
Firstly, why do you want a ncdr when you have a facelift  :-/

Secondly, about the TA and TB...  ....nah, I'll keep quiet, it will push the prices up  :-X

Firstly, not for the facelift - already have the 2013 & CID in there, have a possible project involving an Astra, when or if I find one cheap enough.

Secondly,  ;)

Its a Panasonic part;

http://cpc.farnell.com/unbranded/31164/cd-pick-up-panasonic/dp/AS00163

Update on this part from supplier 'Unfortunately the items you have ordered are no longer stocked. The order has been cancelled as there were no alternatives in our system'

Mine as bit the dust today,  :'(clean no good - will not read normal or Sat nav disks (unsure on history of unit if CDr's have been played - possible ). Any way - just ordered a replacement nav laser from germany (www.lasertrader.de - they still have limited stock :y ).

regards
