CD Multichanger Codes
« on: 13 August 2009, 21:47:28 »

Does anyone know the best place to get the codes for my multichanger. Ever since I rebuilt the engine all ive had is lousy radio and I am due to go to london twice and scotland in the same month so would really like to listen to some cds.

Do I need to remove the changer and take it away for decoding or can it be done in situe. I wasnt given the codes when I purchased the car so have no idea.

It's a credit card sized piece of card with all the codes printed on it. If you haven't got it then it's around the £25 mark from Vx or give DaveDND a PM, he's the radio code man :y

Head Unit is a Philips CCRT700 and the multichanger is a Blaupunkt. However I cannot see any codes or model numbers on this. Will have to remove from cradle to have a look and see if they are behind it if the above is insufficient!
