45 virtual 31.3 life expectancy 88.7

I need to lose some weight, my cholesterol I know is good, BP is all over the place, last time slightly high previously normal.

With more exercise, lose a few stone, and even less fat, get rid of money worries, get more friends, take less risks (ie not even prepared ones) I could get to 100.

Personally I'm aiming for 90 ;D ;D

Main thing is lose weight, even if I put down bad diet and obese still over average

I know it's a bit of fun but how could it realistically calculate your life expectancy without knowing your lifestyle and circumstances? :-/

77 for me. :-?

golfbuddys fave subject..........statistics.....

i know that i will be lucky to see the other side of 55, i dont have any medical conditions nor am i particularly unfit etc, but none of my mums side of the family lived past 55, her included, and my dad died at 56.

that said i am not counting the days, i just get on with it and when it happens then it happens
