No it was really easy, just had to make sure it didnt go past anything too hot, i had a heat shield on but never the less, it took me about 10 minutes

Much easier and makes it much more reliable.....but then you know that because you always consult the maintenance guides first.......dont you  :-/

Went to Vauxhall this morning to get two "Banjo Bolts" as one broke yesterday removing it from the Coolant Bridge.... they hadn't got them in so he ordered them and should be here tomorrow.
So got back and removed and fitted new Cambelt and Tensioners, Water Pump.
A certain EP came over so we had a Massive Meet
While I built back and cleaned EP fitted his new door

Got the Banjo bolts yesterday, so was able to complete putting everything back together.
The car fired up and sounded great.
There is a pump that works for about 20-30 seconds under the passenger wheel arch which is quite noisey though....
Also the rear multi ram isn't working, so need to find the air leak today... but I cant remember where to put the "fish tank"  one way valve though....
Also the the EML light is on all the time, be told it should reset itself after around 20 starts, but gonna do another paper clip test to see what comes up then post the findings on here.
Went out to my sisters in it, drives lovely but there is a knocking from the front passenger wheel when you go over slight bumps, funny though it doesn't make the noise when you go over "Sleeping Policemen" :-/  so think that could be the Droplink... how do I test to see if it is the droplink?

You dont visit the help section much do you  

If the ECU light is on you have  fault present and it wont go off until you fix it.

The noise under the passenger wing is the air injection pump....

Difficult to test a drop link, you certainly wont feel any play with them fitted.
