Some good news at last

Well after a few years of disapointing reports which I put down in part to an undiagnosed illness I got my mid year report this afternoon and it was very positive, there's even talk of being recommended for promotion...!  Finally I could outrank Zok!  I have been working hard and even though the boss could not identify any negatives, I know where I could do better in the next 6 months.

...plus yesterday I was told that after last week being taken off the list of people going away next year (which really upset me) I am now back on the list so I am made up!

2 very good bits of news just before Xmas!  This time next year I'll have everything to play for ;) 

It's a shame I'm on call and cant have a wee dram of the scotish firewater I got myself for Xmas.

Well done! wht do you do? and i think anyone with a good report is automaticly allowed to drink on call, infact i read it in the bible

And where it will end for me as I intend to do no more than 16 years.  Besides I have age and medical grading against me for anything higher.

First things first though, I have to extend my commission otherwise I'm on the dole in 18 months.
