having had a problem with my 3 button key fob (break in circuit board) i have bought a new genuine vauxhall one :o
in am using the original key with chip. Will this need to be reprogrammed to the key via tech 2 as i cant get the car to lock or unlock with the new fob fitted.
thanks for any help Noel :y

chip in the key is just for the immobiliser, to allow you to start. Nothing to do with remote locking/locks, you need to get the fob programmed to the car with tech2.
You will need the car pass for this :y
