Left the spoon in perchance ::)
Cheapy one from Tesco or Asda, but personally, sensible money spent on Panasonic, or if feeling flush, Bosch :y

Not me guv ::) Its done well and lasted 7 yrs with 2 of its years in the attic in storage ;) But it was a cheapo range from argos . I think its best to get a named brand one but they are not cheap , pay for the name so to speak :(

I got a Kenwood in curry's last month for £65. But we hardly use the microwave, so maybe a more expensive one needed for heavier use.

Ours is a Panasonic. About £70 from Comet before they imploded in much the same way as your microwave. ;D Not exactly stellar build quality, but it works. :y

We have a Samsung. Cost about fifty notes if memory serves. It's about five years old and it's performance has been 'uneventful', so far. :-X :-\ ;)

Keep an eye on the Aldi and Lidl websites great microwaves for less than fifty quid plus no quibble three year guarantee that takes some beating :y
