I do know the answer. I'm surprised the question is proving so difficult. :)

No. A chimp could use simple tools but I'm not sure how Flipper would manage.

Fair point, but my answer has more to do with the intellectual capacity of chimps and dolphins, which is far higher than that of a dog or cat.

Yes, the intellectual capacity to take something from their surroundings and use it as a tool.

I know, I've given you the answer. Just because you're answer is different, and probably less interesting, it doesn't make it any more valid than my answer.  :P

In future, for STMO, I'll make the question more easy. :)

Something like.....who won the world cup in 1966, and what year was the battle of Hastings.

What you you mean, you'll make the question easier? I could visit Google, probably for most of the day if I had as much time on my hands as you, pluck a factoid from anywhere and then present it as a question on here. Pretending all the time, of course, that it can from my vast knowledge bank......not from my compulsive viewings of Google and YouTube.

The answer presented by the 'man with intellect' was found on Google, he tells you so. But you so eager to drop your pearls of wisdom that you forget/CBA to read the previous posts properly. Or, maybe, you just can't read properly.
No wonder the headteacher was always caning your arse  ;D

He helped fix my mower so that is good enough for me. :)

Not once did a 'headteacher' cane my arse. The headmaster did. :)

It's like knocking on a hollow, wooden vessel, and expecting more then a dull echo to come out.
