nobodies skin can be as thick as stemo,he doesn't even know me so what gives him the right to insult me. If that is known as "friendly banter" how does he treat his enemies?

I do not need anyone to alter my post when said idiot asks if my profile is my age, people making comments like that should grow up and stop being so insensitive

It's because of inconciderate young and capable are taking up all of the disabled bays, that by the time the aged and disabled walk the length of the carpark they are too knackered to fast enough to accomodate youngsters. May god help you lot should you ever be in the position you are putting the elderly in. If it ever happens to you i will laugh my false leg off

That really p's me off.
Mrs Egg is disabled, and we always struggle to get a disabled bay.

ESPECIALLY at morrisons - who never seem to enforce the parking bays  >:( >:( >:(
One day this summer I counted 15 cars without disabled badges out of the 38 disabled bays  >:( >:( >:(
In my local asda, which has a humungus car park, the are two disabled spaces, nowhere near the entrance. Obviously just a box-ticking exercise.

I had this problem for quite a while, even when i changed the blades. When investigated i found the arms had a slight twist in them. After a few tweeks with a small wrench, said blades are still working silently. This may also be a cure to your problem

I've been following the posts on this topic and if there were more constructive comments and less insults he might have achieved something more possitive, but since most of you are more concerned in senseless "banter" I wonder if you ever get anything done successfully

Scheumacher strikes again. Is it F1 or demolishion derby. I think he'd better retire while there are still F1 cars in the world

Is there any way of getting a 2nd card without paying the extra £10/month.I only need it on rare occasions when i use the van in areas where there is no digital pickup. It's very annoying when surfing channels only to have "Please insert viewing card" come up on the screen.I don't have multiroom and can't take the one from home because swmbo sets the record for while we're away

Omega General Help / Re: rocker gasket 2.0 16v

Just to clarify,i didn't change the box, just cleaned it out.I did however have to change the hoses which were in a bad way.
I was unable to get the correct size hose so had to reluctantly buy a vx bend and cut it to fit.this cost me £10 for a £2 job

Always makes me chuckle when I see a thread started that says something like ''Rocker Gasket Replacement'' as this argument rages on  ;D

I personally would go with the majority and buy the Vx parts.

The job itself is a simple one so maybe there's someone out there who could do a test?  ;D Not me though as I'm still sorting out the bent valves on Ralf following his mechanics' cam cover gasket replacement  ??? ??? ??? ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I'm not looking to start a fight i'm simply defending myself against tunnie's quote about saving for vx parts.Like i said, not everyone is in the position to be lucky enough to be earning to save enough for vx parts so to me it sounds like he is rubbing our faces in it
