Omega General Help / Re: Tracking.........
« on: 04 September 2011, 15:37:11 »
I always get tracking done on all my cars when i change them because alot of people dont ride square speed humps the right way. It should always be that you put n/s or o/s up and never ride across the middle of them so straining the steering and knocks tracking out. Sadly as its a repair centre i can't dictate to the mech on what to do ref heating up. I know that can be done i did ask him but was told no thats not their policy. So all i want to know that its the track rod ends that i need.. Plus with the tracking done pro longs tyre life as i am sure ya all know...
Thanks All    :y  :y

Omega General Help / Tracking.........
« on: 03 September 2011, 18:54:32 »
Hey All
I took my Omega in to have tracking done yesterday and sadly was informed that it can't be done as adjusters n/s & o/s seized :(
So do i need to relace Track Rod Ends both sides to have this done??
He said he didn't want to force them in case he couldn't re tighten..
Hope to get reply........ And still trying to sort my radio.. Ref earlier posts...

Omega General Help / Horrible Find.... Please Help
« on: 30 August 2011, 11:20:00 »
Hello All
Can some1 help me..
Have been checking on thing under the bonnet yesterday making sure all ok and have seen that my HBV has been disconnected and 2 hoses bridged and 1 blocked off.. Ummm
I was taking a closer look and it apears that the vaccume hose also has been cut. I have just bought a new thermostat as i thought old 1 had stuck as heat in car is only warm. T/Stat not fitted as yet.. I know i can get new HBV but very worried about vaccume hose i know it goes into the car have been doing alot of homework since this horrible find.
So any ideas on this PLEASE
Many Thanks :'(  :'(  :'(

Just thought id post this here..........
When a user has somthing for sale and you take time asking them about the item why does no one bother to answer you..
Or....  if the item is sold then it would be nice if you were told its sold... then they must remove their post..  :y :y :y
