We are extremely grateful to have found a genuine expert on Vauxhall Omegas who is a nice guy and willing to help a family in need.

One of the problems that Sy diagnosed and solved for us. We can happily tow our caravan on holiday tomorrow.
We are very appreciative of the work he did for us, and look forward to seeing Sy soon again for further repairs.
Thanks again, from Malkie and Kerry.  :y :y :y

Fuel consumption is normal, are coil packs expensive and are they hard to fit? :'(

;D  way too funny....like ive never heard that one before. I cant seem to find a trustworthy garage who knows how to fix an engine of this size so maybe its not the girls who struggle with this car mmmm  ::)   If anyone has any ideas or knows of a good garage in the west midlands that could be of help that would be great. Thanks.

Thanks for the help on shox any ideas on the ticking

12
obviously the ticking is my main problem, its all the time, as far as the shocks i've towed a caravan twice and the back end is on the floor.

13
how can i check for leaks on the exhaust manifold, the shocks are standard but i still have the compressor at the front o/s working and pipes to the back working. The engine is a x30xe i think on a 2001 plate, so not sure about the lifters.    :-\
