hi all i keep getting an rpm sensor fault coming up , any ideas why?

hi all im driving a 3.0 elite , some idiot knocked the bumper off backalong , along with the right wahsher block t,( the bit on the front ) also shaggin the two spots at bottom , all the fitting are still on i just need to know which way round the yellow and black wiring needs to be to get the buggers working again any ideas please help me , ta very much for ya time

my omega has been misfiring like a mother changed plugs , old plugs were mingin , cem covers oily too how much to fix at garage ?
