hello i am in the forces and i have stumbled across an abandoned omega near my flat, the police a willing to tow it away and scrap it but i would like to step in and take it on, problem is i have no keys and no docs etc? what can i do?

can anyone help, i'm looking to up grade from my 98 2.0liter omega to an mv6 just wondering if theres anything to look out for and how good are they?
