I've got a CDR2005 in my 2001 CD 2.6.
Question is: will the CCRT700 Bose Sound System fir in the space?

TIA

I'm halfway doing this at the moment and as I see it (I ain't no expert mind) there's a little bit of jiggery pokkery to do at the headlight plug end and that's it. The loom is the same as far as I can see.

When I got the pair of Xenon lamps the seller sent me the plugs with small tails of wire which I'm going to attach to some spare sockets out of defunt lamp units and make an adaptor if you like to go between the existing loom plugs and the Xenon lamps units. Does that make sense?

I've no doubt others will be able to elaborate!

Humpy

PS When you say Xenon do you mean the super bright lamps or just the newer style lamps (projector type) with ordinary bulbs? The Projector lamps are a straight swap, the High Intensity Discharge type aren't hence the above!
gwa has a 2.6, thus facelift, thus already has projectors. Hence, I assumed he is on about HIDs

Correct, I want to see the whole street not just the first 6 metres.  :y I'll talk to you about next time I come around. I've now got a Megamos key so we can do whenever convenient to you.  :)
Not tomorrow (Fri), as not around.
Post me over the weekend and I may pop round quickly on Monday, just to get my key done, quick chat about lights and maybe clear my stored fault codes.  :y

So can I just swap my existing front lights for Xenons? or is there more work like upgrading wiring loom or something?

Any help appreciated

Yep, I got a little stubby. I bought a kit from Markey Mark which contains the 'little black box'. I'll drop by when convenient as I've got a couple of fobs that will require coding.  Maybe we can do a deal  ;) ;) ;) :y :y:y

Does anyone have an 'idiots guide' to installing a Nokia Car Kit for the 6310 type fone. I know about the aerial, mic & speaker, its the wiring to the back of the radio. Any help appreciated  :y :y

Pop by one day, I shall demonstrate...  ...one of those jobs if you've seen one out, its obvious what you have to do...

Thanks TB. Oh, I've had the G/B Switch sorted on Saturday and it now goes like a dream (fingers x'd). I'll run it this week and pop by next Monday if thats OK. Cheers  :y
