Probably Heater Bypass Valve. Best doing a pressure test on water system and should gush out of your leak.

Sounds like you need to see if there are any codes recorded. Might give you a starting point.

Thanks for your help and advice already got a claim going. My insurance company direct line say that the owner of the vehicle have a duty of care and therefore they are recovering it from their insurance.

Well they've written it off today and paid me out £1800 and i get to keep the car. All i have to do is re-mot it and get it inspected. Happy with the payout though! I only paid £700 for the car!

Insurance just estimated £2500 worth of damage! Just rang my local spray guy and he'll fix it for £300 if i get the doors in the same colour. Does anybody have any advice as to how I deal with this?

Mrs has whiplash and pulled trapeze and several pulled muscles in her lower back. But no permanent injuries thank god. She's up to her eyeballs in painkillers and been to a & e and docs to get her checked over so i'm really glad she's ok! Obviously i can get a new miggy but she is irreplacable :) Actually a good excuse to get an mv6.

How the hell has that hole in the door been caused? :-/

It was caused by me sawing the shard of metal that was sticking out so as not to remove pedestrians legs!

Also i think the car has come off pretty well for the speed he went into the side of my mrs. He basically went straight through the crossroads without stopping into the side thats why its gone straight through. The front end of the car he was driving is completely trashed he hit the side of the car with the front right hand corner of hits and then was dragged along by my car, completely spinning his car in the process.

Well somebody decided to pull out of a junction into the side of my mrs yesterday. Both passenger side doors are really badly damaged and there is a hole right the way through the back door, and slight, but repairable damage to the pillar. Does anybody have any ideas how to fix this? Also as a result of this i am getting a check low beam fld/vision message on my screen. The car is completely drivable apart from this but i've been told it will probably get written off if it goes to the insurance! How much do you lot think it would cost to fix it? Also to add a sting to the wound i was hit by an uninsured driver!
