Do you have the stubby aeriel on the rear of your car assuming it's a saloon?
If so remove the glove box and there should be a plug with all the phone connections stuck up which you can get an adapter to plug straight into the bluetooth kit.
Where do I get this adapter from & what is it called please?

Omega General Help / Paper Clip Test
« on: 03 March 2010, 08:42:21 »

Hey all, can someone tell me what terminals I use for the paper clip test, X25XE S plate. EM light came on, car cut out, the fuel light started to flash, now none starter for more than a minute. What does the flashing fuel light mean, it is usually solid for low fuel... Please tell me it is just the fuel pump... :-/

OK, where is the EGR valve located please & what is a Plenum & where is that located also please, & is the plenum part of the EGR valve or the other valve.? Sorry, I will learn soon & one day might be able to help others, or do you think there is no hope for me...lol, Cheers

Take the EGR valve off and clean it well ith paint sripper until the pintel inside moves freely, re-sit and then block the two ports off with a bit of coke can as I suspect it might be stuck open!

Check also the connection to the rear of the plenum which operates the multiram.

Hi, I did the paperclip test & to be honest I just do not understand what I am looking at, the EML does flash but then flashes in different sequences. Any chance of someone calling me & talking me through it, I know I am a pain in the butt, & am sorry? So can you call? Please.

I just replaced everything at once as it is a pain to get to things,I just thought it easier & thought that would do the trick once & forall

Air leak?? Did you just replace stuff randomly to see if it fixed it?? If you have an EML light on then paperclip it :)
Ok, what is a paperclip test please?
