Can anyone please advise if these are all the same  or will I have to source a second hand one from a similar model? ie. 02 plate 2.2 litre petrol.

Correction.  Sometimes does thump into top gear.  Probably more noticable when fully warmed up?

Hi. 02 plate 2.2 Automatic.  Car done 97000 miles now.  No wierdness on lights by selector and no thump when changing up.

 :-XHi.  Have 02 Omega 2.2 which has developed auto gearbox roblem and wondered if your members might have any suggestions.    Gearbox normally works well but occasionally it either goes out of drive for a few seconds as if you’ve put it in neutral then- engine will obviously rev  then goes back into gear and drives normally, OR  loses drive and goes into limp home mode.  
 If engine is then switched off  for about 5 seconds everything ok again for a few miles.  Oil level ok.  Problem manifdests itself less at speed than on school run. Thank you.
