at last!!!got the damm thing to move... ;Dwas stuck fast brute force and alot of swearing 
and it came out oh and thanks to the nice person who put the top bolt in the wrong way round very helpfull NOT!!!!!!....

join the club have the same problem with my 2.6 est :'(ok when cold soon as it gets warm it missfires have checked everything still no joy..

but doesnt make nought as i found out ran out with it still showing 11 miles... :-[so do dont let it go lower than quarter now not very accurate...

hi there having probs with my battery light keeps coming on intrmitently have put new battery on recently...not because of light on it... had dead cell in it...car starts ok but every now and then the light comes on and stays on...is this alternator prob????does anyone have or know someone who has an alternator for sale for my 2.6 2001 auto est...

i will get a new set of plugs and give them a try...connectors all seem fine but will get them tested just incase...

used the car today for work started fine 1mile into journey started missfiring again off and on seems to be worse when come to a stop when i pulled away it cleared for awhile then missed again...also the light on the dash has started flashing when stationary not done that before normally light is on constantly...
