No more likely to break than a 4 pot though .......  ??? ??? You could say that as they're less stressed, they're more likely to live longer. There's  a mere 176000 miles on mine & all still OK  :y :y

Conversely her 40000 Smart had a whole shed load spent on it over Christmas.

I'd never consider a 4 pot of any flavour in a car the size of an Omega .............  ;) ;) ;)

only reason I bought a 2.2 over any V6 is at the time (2 years ago it was to good a bargain to give a miss) and its been reliable, reasonable power, but I was always planning on selling it for a V6 but never did got to attached to the old girl  ;D ... might just keep the 2.2 even when I get a V6  :y

i miss my 2.2 had it 4 years nothing went wrong with it only battery once i did 60.000 miles in it  i even changed the oil once.
