I've used Parcel2go many times and the only time I seem to have trouble is if I use Yodell so I won't use Yodell any more. I always opt for the slightly dearer City Link and they've been brilliant, fingers crossed ::)

Likewise - this was Yodel. Never Again  >:( :y

Amtrak were always on my shitlist.  I actually shouted out loud in the office when I heard they went up the Gary Glitter. Good riddance to those 'tards.

We now use citylink for all our UK customers, so far they have delivered almost everything nextday.
Going off tack slightly, I`ve recently discovered Fedex can pickup @ lunch time & deliver next day into the US, The time difference plays nicely into our favour when shipping westbound. I`m now getting regular next day deliveries into Michigan & as far south as Florida. They fly direct from Stanstead (21.30hrs +or- 5 mins) to their US hub in Memphis a flight of around 6 to 7 hours.
UPS or DHL can`t achieve this from our location on the southcoast.
