Good painkilling remedy I find is, paracetemol and tramadol, not taken at the same time but about 30 minutes apart...

On 9 tramadol a day + Gabapentin

Been to the docs 5 times now with this chest pain  keeping me up at night and never ending stabbing pains  docs still saying torn muscle int chest shoulder area ... cant take much more of watching geremy kyle whilst resting 
Was told to try some exercises to strengthen the muscle , of course its made it worse so stopped doing that

Just be grateful it's torn muscles and not worse. Try my patented painkiller, Cocodamol and copious amounts of Edradour, or any booze will do.

I had to power walk to work the other day as I was running late and I had severe chest pain and as every person does who knows nowt about biology thought I was having a heart attack. luckily it was just a mini asthma attack. but scary nonetheless.
