Personally i would use either silkolene synthetic or castrol synthetic i wolud not use the vx oil as it might not be the proper grade i might be right i might be be quickly corrected by others.... i always stuck to using silkolene in my bikes though never let me down .....

i think full synth. is a waste of money unless your doing racing or track days.i always use semi.

used it for years track days racing road bikes. synthetic base... it is not 10 w 40 semi synth which is too thick.
